Trip Report - Advanced LIWA desert like a Boss with Khaiwi
A long day in LIWA from Hameem to Moreeb Dune avoiding gatch roads and sabkha flats till late afternoon where we were trying to reach the camping spot avoiding the restricted areas of Oil fields.
The trip was almost like Marshals treat since we had one Advanced surrounded by all marshals. We did all sorts of Liwa style driving side cresting, straight cresting, climbing massive dunes, slip faces, side sloping ditches and powder soft areas. The GPS recorded 103.5 KM offroad from the deflation point to the campsite. Actual 6 hours offroad driving in LIWAAAAA. A single tire pop out, couple of minor stucks and lots of beautiful scenes of massive dunes of LIWA.
Some had to leave right as we reached the camping spot and only three cars stayed for overnight camping.
