What a great afternoon it was. The sheer number of cars from AD4x4 at the Sweihan Wedding Hall was impressive. I made the ANIT brief in the parking lot and then moved to the deflation point. When we reached the deflation point even more cars were there. I made the safety briefing and started moving on.

We went into the dunes parallel to the sabkha and as we got closer to the event point the dunes got larger and nicer. We passed next to the second ANIT trip lead by Adiga which was in the middle of a recovery.

We had our own second tries and recoveries and was a great learning experience for the new joiners to the club.
