A total of 5 hours continuous driving crossing two stages of the trip about 80km in straight line plus the section between Showeib and Al Maha resort.

I would like to thank and appreciate the brave heart members following me in this trip with very minimal stucks…. Gladiator, Paul and Bulldozer. It was really great having you around crossing intermediate to advanced area with absolute tricky spots and very soft sands.

The weather so cool early in the morning I was driving with open windows enjoying some sand showers till around 9-10am starting at Al Maha when the heat started seriously.

By the time we reached Area53 it was blazing hot and fuel tanks on the Jeeps getting thirsty, I decided to cut it short heading towards the main road and call it a day.

Thanks God all 4 in the desert and out safe and sound. I have personally had fun crossing relatively long distance with minimal stops and hope you have enjoyed it as well.

As always a great trip during which we covered a long distance in a good time. It was great to share the day with yourself, Gladiator and Bulldozer. Getting use to the LC on more advanced drives, and slowly ironing out problems. Still hardwork with a steering that requires more turning than a Jeep.
