Report: Dare you follow......

Post by khaiwi »

What a lovely afternoon, soft sands of Al Yahar with extremely dangerous bowls,,,,, all four members met, deflated at the petrol station (for a change) and voi la..... hit the sand dunes, we had a couple of tire pop outs and few minor stucks with special recovery techniques.

Thank you Caro, G-man, Lucknow and Ultramind for the nice company and great time.... yes I know we had no break for snacks coffee or anything, but the passion of sand driving was our priority I assume and we were totally focused on the beautiful sand dunes of Al Ain area.

Look forward to seeing you all soon.

Will upload my pics very soon,,,,, please upload yours as well.

Cheers,

And if you haven't seen Jeeping in Moab, you don't know what you're missing.

What a great day!!! very special for me to get back out on the sand for a little drive. Thankyou to G-Man for letting me co-pilot and everyone else for the great company and shared experience.

Thanks Khaiwi, Ultramind, G-Man & Lucknow for great company & a great drive!! Some great technical driving, gorgeous duuuuuuunes & brilliant soft sand in places (as the belly of my patrol found out)!!

...Driving with no pause except for pop-offs and stucks at 49 degrees is what I live for - who needs any other breaks!!??

Bring on more drives like that ANYTIME!!!! Oh - and I luuuurrrved my "Al-Ain Tan" by the end of it all!!!!

Will post pics soon & look forward to seeing you all soon!

Nice one ultramind, one of the things you will experience when following my trips is long distance tracks and almost continuous drives hehehehe

I stopped saving tracks long time ago, I only save some very remarkable waypoints and thats it..... read the dunes .

I am glad that you all have enjoyed my trip and look forward to seeing you all soon.

Cheers
