Everyone met at Al khatim start point on time. Did briefing to all. Started off slowly and did Straignt cresting, didnt face any issues.
Had breaks at regular intervals,enjoyed the weather. We drove around 40 Km started at Al Khatim and exiting in AL Khazana.

Falk was second lead , followed the track and whenever required changed the track as per my request. Did a Good Job. Solid driver.
Vipin, experience newbie. Showed good control and confidence. Ready for the next level.
Shan , second drive with Pajero. Shown a lot of interest in offroading. Was improving everything. At the end seems his confidence has been boosted.Need to buy basic gears Flag , Radio and Compressor
Shameem, as sweep always had a good smile adn energy. keep up the positive energy. Did a good job in communicating and taking care of the tail.

I stopped counting at some point on how many times he came to all of us and asking "how are you feeling" also finding time to explain things again and again, trying to increase confidence of beginners (ofcourse in safe way). For me it doesn't matter how much was my rpm or speed, its about driving with a fantastic marshal and a club,learn something in every drive.

this is my first drive with him though have heard his name in other forums. Bishar is definitely a unique lead.

Happy to join with him in upcoming drives, especially intermediate learning sessions when available.
