We all met at 2pm at the Khazna deflation point. Michael organised the trip but split the lead between Ossama and myself (John).

We were very lucky with the weather, which was good. Michael took the lead for the start. The drivers were able to warm up on the many dune faces to the west of the farm. Anessesh, Chris and Sam already have a good experience and the right attitude to not hesitate to turn and go down when needed. We headed back east and I took the lead for an hour and a half. The part was more technical with small slops but closer together and a lot of play with the throttle on the way up and down. It was a lot of fun, I hope the drivers enjoyed it too, they were all smiles in the end. Ossama took the lead to finish the trip and as usual he found some great tracks and took us on some great rides. The experienced drivers did very well and it made for a very smooth ride.
Thank you Michael for leaving the lead to Ossama and myself, it's very interesting to lead intermediates and find the right passage through the dunes when you usually go over the ridge to reach the other side.
I hope the Anessesh, Chris and Sam enjoyed this mid-week outing. For us it was great
