The support squad of Zeer, Gladiator, and Khwai were ready to rock with me at 2 ... everyone else rolled in to join us slowly . So we left for the deflation point late and changed out the plan to play around the backside of Khazna/Khatim. We started off through small, tight dunes slowly. There were some tricky spots for the bigger rigs in our convoy. We dodged around a lot of bushes here and there. Then we did some descents and straight crests that led to some second tries and snatch recoveries. As we got into some cleaner, bigger dunes we stopped to talk about proper side sloping.

Abed caught up with us mid-way. We began to loop back in the direction we came to take the catch road towards the BBQ point. When we got back to that side of Khatim we increased the level a little and enjoyed nice side sloping on the wider, open dunes. We dropped off a few people at the road and then went to the BBQ spot. Many others joined us in the BBQ spot- nice to see all.

We had a pretty long convoy but it was a pretty smooth day with safe driving. I hope everyone enjoyed the track and the area. It was so nice to see many with their families coming to enjoy the day!

Overall, it could't be better, nice track, excellent timing for the "slow-fast", "easy-tough" with "Safty Talk" as a plus.
