adnoc Al Khatim was busy yesterday, with whom who arrived before time, some ontime,
some could not make it (thanks for informing by SMS)

deflating and loooong briefing, emphasizing on all the safety issue to to come in and
out the desert with a smile on the face, during the briefing some "pre-registered to the
trip" members showed up coming from sweihan,

the convoy is in position and the fun started,
started easy, as more confidence and control gained more fun added to the drive
first half of the trip is over NO STUCK YET just few second tries wooow

a break, a surprise cake, a birthday song (thanks Nautibean and Scotchyl), cigarettes,
drinks, Ashraf showed up also coming from sweihan, perfect lets go ahead with part 2
with bit of pepper added to the pace every body still doing great heading to the BBQ area
BUT... finally we had the chance to demonstrate couple of recoveries

My first trip with Jalal was few months ago as a passenger, in this trip I was driving and it was amazing. Great group, great weather and very smooth drive, I really enjoyed it.
Thank you Jalal for the ( shooort) briefing , I enjoyed hearing it for he second time, honestly, it's a squeeze of years of experience and u give it to us in few minutes; we appreciate it.
It was fun from the beginning til the end, I enjoyed the group and I love the smile on their faces. My day started with a great joy in the trip with you guys and ended with a doubled joy with the victory of the UAE football team!!
And also, big thanks for all the team who made this trip a big success. Hope to see you soon in the next trip!

My thanks to Scorpio for organising the trip! The briefing was comprehensive - just the thing a newbie needs!

We had a great time, it was a really fantastic day. Everyone was such a help - especially Grizzly and Xof who seemed to always be there when I was in trouble and to give me some advice on how to do better.

I would also like to apologise to the dune whose head I managed to smash off! Gotta keep that gas pedal under control...

It was a nice afternoon in the desert. I enjoyed a lot seing the old friends, and meeting our new members!

The briefing was really good and complete, and the choice of track was excellent! Jalal you did very well. Our absolute newbies did also perfectly, and it was nice seeing them building confidence during the trip.

the day was completed by a nice chat around the fire (thanks ashraf) and warm coffee (thanks melissa).

Thank you all for a great trip. The track was excellent and the scenery amazing. Thanks to the marshals for all their counsel and answers to questions.
The fire and coffee at the end was really nice too. It's the first time I stay after sun-down and it definitely won't be my last.
