So we met before dawn, and as the sun was trying to wake up, we were already awake, somehow and on the way to the start point, we started with a 31C at 6:30, and everyone was ready to enjoy the ride and fun the dunes.

As we moved south to Al Khatim, we crossed different types of terrains, sabkha, small dunes, big dunes, and nice bowels.

All the drivers did a great job, tackling the soft spots and challenging areas, and with couple of stucks and few 2nd tries, we reached our destination safe and sound at around 10:30 with a temp of 42C

Nautibean, great 2nd lead, good control of your car, and the more you drive it offroad, the more you know it
Caeser, nice to see you in the trip, and thanks for the coffee, hope you feel better now
Janus, good job, skills improving as we were advancing, few more trips and you will control your Xterra with more ease
Kryss999, Good handling of the terrain, hope to see you more often
MLC, thanks for sweeping, great to see you back, next trip we should have more action for Yousifi to have a real test
Tillybean, thanks for sweeping and keeping an eye on everyone, and good luck next time to get the FJ stuck, you need to try harder

Yusufi is well and truly fantastic now and in short my advice to all pre 2012 JK drivers is "do yourself and your car a favour: REGEAR"!!!!

I could drive almost effortlessly in 4th and 5 th gear with the A/C on most of the time. The car behaves completely differently and the extra torque makes it so much more capable. Another couple of trips and I should be fully accustomed to it, but so far so good! Money well spent!!!

Really nice early morning trip with everyone. I do believe that I am getting used to the 5am starts!!

Good driving by all and nice to see the confidence levels growing as the trip went on. Dont forget that having a second or third try is absolutely okay and nothing to worry about. Follow the track and enjoy the trip
