Thanks god, sand have no calories
We meet at the AL Noor Hospital. Everybody was in time!
Left at 1.15 and collected the Reefers on the way. At 2.00 we have reached the deflation point. Sorry for Marc's Land Cruiser which go an problem with the clutch on the way and thanks to MegaMoe who took good care on him.
In Abu Salaf it was clear that the trip to Sweihan wasn't possible due to the heavy wind and low visibility. We recited to take a round trip near the deflation point. Took an very easy route at the beginning and raise the level slightly, but not to intermediate. That was not possible this time. Everybody did well and only a coupe of stucks. Special thanks to Xof who took care of this in that nasty weather condition!
We drove till approx. 17.15 and went to the petrol station to inflate.
Was nice to have you all with me and thanks to everybody. Next time maybe without sand storm!!!

Re: Xof and Cybershot's ALL YOU CAN EAT TRIP
Hello everybody,
On his first trip as a Marshall Cybershot really made the impossible possible. Even when the route was Newbie-level, the weatherconditions were more than Advanced. The moment you got out of the car, immediately all dead skin was removed from your body by the big sandblast. But we had fun.
Thanks to Cybershot for the nice trip, thanks for all the members for the nice company and special thanks to XoF who was sweeping (Mr. Sandman, bring me a ........)
Best regards, see you next time in the sand,
Wolle

Sandblasted...
That was a fun trip. Yes we could not do the Abu Salaf track, but i believe everybody had fun, even me recovering cars in these conditions. Ok, after the 4th one, i was a little blind... but then, all newbies behave good and no more stuck!
as usual, great team makes a great trip. I have to congratulate all of you guys for your motivation! despite the very tuff conditions, everybody keep smiling (free teeth whitening!)
Tobias: mabrouk for your first trip. And very nice sound when you overtook me on the highway.
Zox: forget about the shovel... you need to keep your $$$ for the mods of the xterra
Wolle: was nice to finally meet you. happy reefers indeed!
Jacklin: always nice to have some feminity in a trip. keep it up, soon cresting will be a game for you!
Sagger and Bu Nassir: getting use to the JKs! as said : cat back and intake, and rock n roll!
Tony: new daddy, was good to see you. We'll catch up longer soon. Be smooth with the TJ.
see you soon, with more sun under the wheels and less in the air!

Re: Xof and Cybershot's ALL YOU CAN EAT TRIP
It was really a great trip, despite the sand storm... in fact, the sand storm just made it all that more interesting and fun. I felt like I learned a lot this trip, which I am happy about. I also did eat a lot of sand... in fact, I still have sand in my eyes, just saving it for later.
Tobais: thanks so very much! You did a great job!
Xof: thanks for getting us all out (I tried to help as much as possible) - also thanks for the driving advice, I do need to be more smooth with the TJ.
It was great meeting everyone and hope to see you all soon!
Thanks!
