Hi Mozi, what is your budget? There are empty apts in my block, Standard Chartered on Al Istiqlal St near Corniche, they are managed by Asteco on Hamdan St, not sure about yearly rental prices now as mine is paid by company, think 100-130000 depending if you have Corniche view. Mal

Mozi, as per the new law, the property owner is obliged to renew your contract for the second year with the same value, afterwords, only 7% increase is applicable.

Well, the 7% rule apprently does not apply in my case as I am staying in a furnished residence (considered hotel or something so nder a different rule).

Would like to pay 60-80 for 1 or 2 bed depending on the place.

I think there is a 1 bedroom apartment in my building for 65 but the apartment is really small , but u can check it out anyways and its in tourist club area next to your work..
