Leadership Expansion

As AD4x4 continues to grow, we are enhancing our leadership team to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of our activities. In Q4 2024, we are expanding the AD4x4 Board by adding two new members to distribute responsibilities more effectively and guide the club toward greater success.

• First Board Member: Selected by the current board based on experience, contributions, and leadership qualities.
• Second Board Member: Chosen through an anonymous voting process by our marshals to ensure fairness and transparency.

New Management Roles

To support the expanding scope of the club, we are introducing key management roles. These voluntary positions are designed to maintain high standards across all areas and ensure seamless club operations. Roles will be reviewed periodically to adapt to the club's evolving needs.

• Trip Managers (2 positions): Oversee trip operations, manage announcements, and ensure compliance with club policies. Act as the main contact for member upgrades, rank progression, and trip-related queries.
• Web Admins (2 positions): Manage user accounts, oversee member upgrades, support trip announcements, and monitor website activity.
• Social Media Manager: Handle all social media accounts, coordinate content, and grow the club’s online presence.
• Marketing and Brand Manager: Lead branding efforts, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and plan marketing campaigns to promote events and activities.
