TRIP REPORT - Newbies Day Out with PHARAOH

Post by PHARAOH »

Trip date: Friday 04.01.2019 / Time: 7:30 am

Amazing morning, with wonderful weather, clear sky and lots of smiling faces :D . All met at the deflation point on time, even some were there a bit earlier. Total number of 16 cars as follows:

PHARAOH (Lead)

Advanced:
Kharadly (Official Sweeper)

Intermediates:
Ronnybravo85 (2nd Lead)
youngamerican
tsmiles
Mornay

Newbies:

Aju
Talal80
Rob_W
Kamran143
sameer_dg
dahdooh

ANITs:
Phiggins
Mr. H
Lahab
Mjafarkhan

With everyone deflated & flags are on, I did the ANIT briefing and set the convoy. Then we went into the sand playing on the small dues in a slow pace so all the new drivers would get familiar with their cars driving on the sand. We had our first break around 9:15 am near a beautiful tree, and then we headed to the back side of Nugrah where we had our second break, then we moved towards AD4x4 BBQ point where the trip ended at 11:00 am. We had several second tries & 3 stucks.

Everyone did well. Thanks you all for joining the trip, it was nice meeting everyone.

Thanks Ronnybravo85 for being a solid second lead changing the track & holding the convoy whenever requested. Special thanks to Kharadly for your efforts looking after the convoy, recovering stucks & assisting members in self recoveries & second tries, you are the Star of the trip Bro.
