Only 3 drivers (myself, lofflmj1 (Mark Loeffler) and Rumblebee (Mike Flanagan)) were able to make this trip on 3 January. However, because of that we started the trip at BBQ deflation point already 5:30 PM so we had some time to drive before it got dark. When the sun set, we stopped to enjoy the scenery which appear in a desert sunset.

After sunset we headed towards Nagra. The pace was nice and when it got really dark we stopped for a break, about 1km left to go to Nagra. From there we moved on navigating successfully through some tricky terrain and finally got to the trees at Nagra, where we had another break and did some star gazing.

On the way we took a bit easier path and around 8 PM we were safely back at the BBQ point for inflation.

I was impressed by the driver’s skills and judgement, everything went very well, it was a fun drive.

Looking forward to the next drive, hopefully then with my new curved led-bar on the roof.
