Good day all,
We had a very special day yesterday...

An event with almost 50 cars and their families; all met at Sweihan BBQ point at 2:00pm, everyone started gathering.

A welcoming speech was given to all members, thanking them for participating in this special event; the breast cancer awareness/ SAKURA cherry blossom, and had a group photo.

Then members were distributed into convoys as listed, there were 5 convoys in total.

The convoys started moving around 3:00pm and came back around 5:30pm. The barbeque started, meanwhile we were having fun playing games with the kids. enjoyed having delicious dinner with all. A big thank you for all who participated in providing the BBQ.

Thank you all Supporters and Marshals for a successful event.

Convoy 1 Newbies - Trip Report

Thanks AD 4x4 management and Marshal Pshasha for organizing this event. Trip report of my Convoy No. 1 ( Newbies ) is as follows:
Support Marshals: Adiga, Pshasha, Kamran, Tariq Al Hosani
Explorer and Sweeper: Ayfas
Intermediates: 2
Newbies: 3
We started trip after Event briefing by Marshal Pshasha. Track was smooth and easy as per Newbie level. One car broke down and it was towed out by Marshal Tariq. We ended trip at club BBQ point ( Gate 12 side) in time.
Thanks everybody for joining trip. Thanks support team for your extraordinary support.

Thank you Hanadi for arranging this trip. Irfan bhai it was a good track and enjoyed the trip to the best. We also witnessed for an excellent team work. It was an excellent learning trip for me. Thank you all and see again.

Thanks Pshasha for organizing this event. Thanks to all Marshalls and Support team for your support and guidance .

Thanks Pshasha for organizing the event. You ladies did well in organizing and leading it from the front and making it a successful event.

I took an intermediate convey of 10 drivers, trip supported by Marshal Khalid and Marshal Amr. All drivers did very well, we started with small breifing. Marshal Khalid and Amr, as when required had interaction with the team.

On the way, we met many conveys, Raul newbie convey and then Chief Khaiwi Advance convey. We took breaks as and when required.
On the way back to BBQ point, some drivers left early and others joined the BBQ party.

Thanks to all Marshal Amir and Marshal Khalid for they support and All the trip drivers who exceptional did well.
