A great time with marvellous people in a fantastic area.

We arrived at deflation on time and decided to have rotating convoy of advance drivers with marshal support at the back and sides. We started slow and warmed up fast to get into the rhythm of the area. Before long everyone was sloping and cresting whatever came our way on route to the heart dune.

After a break to chat and survey the landscape we headed on crossing some interesting and tricky terrain to find a camping spot for the night. We found a pleasant slot and had very enjoyable evening with plentiful food, refreshments and much good cheer. In the morning after a few cars developed some minor issues, we decided to head back and call time on a wonderful excursion to Al Qoa'a.

Everyone drove well, the area is challenging and all did very well with whatever the desert offered. The advanced driver's skills are developing in leaps and bounds and they are making their way towards expert status. Without doubt, the good fortune of having 4 marshals looking after us provided confidence and security for all.

Thanks everyone it was a pleasure driving with you. A great trip and surely it will be repeated.

Thanks Michael for organizing another wonderful trip. Thanks to the Marshal's for their support and guidance. A special thanks to the excellent camp Chef's the food was awesome. A wonderful group and a very nice weekend, hope to see everyone back in the sand soon.

Absolutely wonderful trip. It was a pleasure being with you all and the camping was Perfect ! In then end it was a blessing in disguise that we had some technical issues, we left early and got home early.

Hope the cars get repaired and we can see each other soon.

It was a beautiful trip with excellent company. The area is beautiful, you don't know where to look. Thank you Michael for organising it and to everyone for a great time despite the fact that we had to cut the trip short on Sunday morning.
