We met 16:30 h at Bu Tais Gate and without much ado made our way into the nice dunes to the West of the gate. We found a good flowy track only interrupted by a few second tries and one stuck (me).

We found a couple of trees where we had a short break and a longer one at a high dune where we enjoyed the view. We then made our way back to the East, crossing the gatch road. There Jean took over for a while challenging the drivers with a very technical section.

At about 19:00 h we met EmDoc and Shiroy who joined us for the last leg of the trip that was in the dark and I took the lead again. We had a again a couple of second tries and one or two stucks, all handled professionally by the team.
We finished the trip 19:45 h at the gatch road.

Thanks to Gabriel who was my second lead in the daylight part and to Shiroy who took this role for the dark part. Deborah was a very reliable sweeper and Jean kept and eye on the convoy at all times.

Thanks Thomas for allowing Roy and me to join the trip towards the end. It was great fun disappearing into the evening darkness.
Definitely a encouragement to buy some night lights.
