Prepare for advance 4-6-22

Our small convoy prepared for the advance intermediate trip aka Advance 101 to be introduced to the basic skills required for the next level. After a briefing to explain the techniques for bowl entry/exit and sidecresting we started off in the lower reaches of Bu Tais with a warm-up session to get into the flow and ready the intermediates for cresting. Soon our drivers were cresting small dunes under direction and watchful eyes. The ability shown allowed for a gradual increase in the level of the drive introducing crest maneuvers on steadily more technical dunes to introduce the drivers to crest variation.
The two intermediate drivers did very well indeed and showed themselves to be fully ready (in terms of driving) for an upgrade to the next level. Keep up the practice in a safe manner and you’ll both do well.
