Dxb Intermediate Flow

Post by MustafaHabash »

Being done from the safety briefing, our convoy somehow conquered the sand with its size and huge footprint. The convoy consisted of the following members:
Mustafa
Fady (2nd lead)
Ahmad Al Aghbar
Chris
Martin
Rick (Mid Sweeper)
Chiara
Gavin
Hashim
Afham
Bobin (offical sweeper)
Mohamad Abdallah

Everyone did really well yesterday, the convoy was too big snd we had to improvise convoy structure by having a mid sweeper in the convoy to take care of 2nd tries and recoveries, and this was Rick’s job who did a remarkable work. As for the official sweeper, it was the share of Bobin, one of the most impressive drivers and support you can ever encounter in the club; thanks brother. My 2nd lead was Fady, who did a stunning job too keeping me informed on the convoy’s flow and swiftly changing the track when asked to.
Adam excellent work for a 1st time intermediate. Keep it up.

See you guys soon.

Great drive today! Had a couple of months off due to work commitments so it was nice to return with such a big and varied convoy! Proud to be asked to be mid sweeper for Mustafa, and more than happy to help out! Looking forward to future drives as I’m hoping to be upgraded after this drive so thanks very much Mustafa.
Was my first driving topless and doorless, very cold on the journey over but very impressed with the cars performance on the dunes it felt unstoppable! Will try again in the future for sure!

Thanks Mustafa and the group for a great Saturday morning. It was a great track. We had a very interesting audit session with a reality check. Looking forward to the videos. The bowl entry and exit piece was very interesting and one of the many highlights or a great morning.

Al Badayer was very bumpy and very busy! Lots of cars out playing in the sand, needed eyes in the back of your head to be safe. :geek:
Fantastic run, lots of fun. Liked the audit of the 4x4 requirements, maybe this should be done more often as it was surprising how many people had little things missing.
Thanks to the sweepers for keeping me on the right track when I wandered off !

Great trip, Mustafa is a great leader.

It was quite challenging for me, finally to discover my tire pressure was too high. Good learning experience, none the less. Not thank you too Mustafa, Bobin and others who helped me with multiple recoveries.

Thanks again and loking forward to the next one!
