Everyone met up in good spirits and after a hearty catch up we did briefing reviewing the area and the details of long side sloping and drifting.
Setting off into the dunes the sand was harder than expected in the early morning and I had a pop out on the 2nd dune. After a quick fix we continued the track finding some very nice lines and beautiful dunes to play. At around 9:30 we met up with Convoy 2 in the big bowl and continued practicing and playing until 10:15 at which time we dropped down to the sabkha and headed out.

Thank you all for joining, I hope it was a fun trip. Everyone did very well climbing the very big dunes and controlling their cars.

Thank you very much Zak for this very nice trip. I enjoyed it a lot. As a former Pajero driver you made the perfect track for a " momentum player ".

It was also nice to meet the other team at the top the big dunes.

Simply one of the best trips I've been to recently.. lovely morning, great company, and fun big dunes.. We should do the same trip again.

With Kevin we enjoyed our drive. We started of small dunes and towards the end we didn’t miss any big dunes over the star dunes . Weather was nice too .
