Everyone arrived safe and sound in good time despite the fog. We started with a quick briefing and then began playing on the big dunes next to gate 12.
We had two LWB Pajero's in the convoy and they were able to test the power and climbing ability of the vehicles before moving on towards Mohd Ali Dune. From there we headed south to join the next line of big dunes and continued heading towards Old Lady dune. The group did very well with transferring the weight of the cars from one side of the crest to the other.
We had one precarious stuck which was carefully recovered with the direction and guidance of Ajesh. Once everyone was back in good shape we took a break and continued for another 30 mins of driving before heading back to the highway.

Everyone drove well; Magdy learned the importance of turning down, and Florian got to push his car a little more than usual.

Great lead Zak. The track was challenging, fun while still doable for all the participants.

The recovery was tricky indeed and just goes on to show how even a split second mis judgement can lead to compounding issues. Florian did awesome with the precision pulling and adjustments to bring the vehicle down safely.

Great driving by all and a day well spent. Looking forward to your next lead.
