We all met on time at the petrol station and headed to the deflation point. It was a small group of 5 so easy starting after the safety brief.

Lead: Marshal Georges
Second lead: Ishampn
Sweeper: Woody

We started heading north in a nice big dune area where we practiced fast driving, passing medium size dunes and descending them.We encountered few gazelles at different time of the trip as the weather was great. We had our usual second tries and stucks using the traditional strap techniques as well as the winch. We covered 50 km and reached the Solar Power Station near Al Quadra lakes at 11.30 am.

I would like to thank Ishampn for his solid second lead where a couple of times he had to divert the convoy.

Thank you too to Woody for the sweep and the few recoveries he assist with.

Ahmed123 and Anasag123 you did well and followed the pace.

For me this trip was so diverse from a terrain perspective that it was ideal for learning how to control ones car in big and small dunes. Wide and narrow areas.
