Good morning,

I am driving a Pathfinder R51 V6 2015 model and joined my first trip with you guys last weekend. As this was a newbie trip and I was already digging into the sand with my front bumper, the Marshall's recommendation was to get a skid plate to protect bumper and radiator. Can anyone point me to a workshop where I can get such thing and what I need to look for? A price indication would also be nice. Ah yeah, and I live in Dubai,...

Hi

I am in Abu Dhabi

I had inspected and designed my skid plate for my pathfinder R50 (yours is the later version, in principle most vehicles will have similar ways of fitting skid plates).

I had bought a whole Aluminium sheet of 1.2m x 2.4m and had it cut.

I can advise give Idea and design only if I see the underside of your vehicle,

If you are around in Abu Dhabi on one of the trips, I could have a look.

Hi, yes thanks that would be nice. i checked with one shop, they are asking 2000 AED, which seems to be a little steep.
