Your not selling it ?? great news !!

I didn't see your car so some of this might go under the "not applicable" side of things. :)

1) fix your control Arm. (cost ??)
2) Does this one have front recovery points ? if not then this is the first thing you need to add. (cost AED500)
3) Some of those came with a body kit. Just remove it if you have it! :) (do it at home to save cost)
4) Trim the lower black plastic part of the front bumper ( I think you can remove this as it maybe attached using bolts). (do it at home to save cost)
5) Install a 2" spacer lift. (cost around AED500) You can go with full lift but it will cost you more.
6) Wheels: If you have the 17" then keep it. If you have the 18" then remove it and install 16" wheels. (Jk ones will work)
7) Tires: 265/70R17 or 265/75R16. Since this is your daily driver, you should consider all terrain tires. Also, Consider to buy them from Sharjah for a cheaper Price. I would recommend Cooper or Yokohama. Don't get BFgoodrich !!
8) Full size spare tire. I think your Jeep doesn't come with one, right ?
9) transmission cooler. (cost ?? ask SSS).

with the spare cash you should consider getting some of these:
1) Flag poll holder.
2) snatch strap + shackles
3) Compressor.
4) shovel.
5) first aid kit.
6) first extinguisher

Good luck! :D

Thanks for the trust, buddy!

Ok ... I am not a WK expert (Your Grand Cherokee 2008 is called WK series) ... but maybe I can give you some hints:
subscribe to http://www.jeepforum.com !
they have forum sections for all jeep models...
So for the Grand Cherokee as well ;)

look in the WK stickies for the build thread directory ... you will find looong threads describing in detail how to get there e.g.:
http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f67/wk-x ... t-1163371/

DSC_0043.jpg
DSC_2018.jpg

can't say anything about budget of 10k or Muroor legality though ... here in the UAE this model is not modded too much ...

enjoy

Azizi!

Of course it makes sense to keep your tires initially ! You start the mods with what is necessary first ... to protect your rig from desert damage and enhance reliability and THEN performance:
so tranny cooler is number 1!
aaand TOW HOOKS to the frame ... good ones! ... front and rear!
then do something for front and rear bumper clearance (lift, bash/skid plates ... or lift, different bumpers )
when you lift address the following if needed (Control Arms, driveshaft angles/issues, bumpstops for the tire size you want to put on)
don't go over 31" tires ... you don't want to regear ... and you don't want to limit uptravel too much
consider wheel spacers ... after the lift you will have a higher center of gravity! ... and your 31" tires might rub under full steering lock ... wheel spacers should help. ( or aftermarket wheels with less back spacing)
You have a 4.7 V8 ... so I would not look too much at Cat Back and Intake exchange ... causes noise and Muroor issues without real significant gains  ... just nicer sound

and last but not least : READ the build threads ... do your home work ... nobody can/will give you a "recipe" ... and DO NOT RUSH.
choosing the right parts for the right lift/tire combos is crucial for reliability ... and you might have too many variables/ways to go !?

and now READ  ;)
