Newbies Rolling in Sweihan

We will be having a Newbie drive on Saturday November 2, 2024 afternoon at Sweihan BBQ Point at 2pm. You are requested to arrive on time as we will start the briefing by 2.15pm and will move by 2.45pm for the drive. The drive will finish at 5.45pm by sunset. Anyone coming after this time will not be accommodated, in case the convoy has started moving.

Please ensure enough water and refreshments for yourself and your passengers.  This is a family-oriented trip, so families with kids are also welcome to join.

Following items are essential to join the Newbie Drive:

Recovery gear, Radio (Walkie Talkie) and flag. No one will be allowed to join the convoy without a flag and radio

Additional Important Information:

1- Your car should be in a very good condition, equipped with recovery point’s front and rear and a spare tire and spare tire removal kit. Please note AWD are not 4x4s.

2- All drivers and passengers should wear seat belts all the time during the drive

3- All items at the back of the car should be tied up to avoid loose items flying in the car which can be dangerous.
