Sweihan Knights trip report, 4 January

3 Drivers joined:
Myself, Ajesh and Jithesh, all FJs

First night drive of 2021, we met up for deflation at Sweihan BBQ around 18:30, then spent the next 2.5h more or less side cresting all sorts of dunes, slow and fast, high and low, including the mighty Nagra itself. Way back went towards Gate 12, we reached it around 21PM. Was a good drive, bit chilly but clear skies, we could see Al Ain and the Jebel Hafeet road very clearly in the distance. Really good traction in the sand due to some recent rains. Was fun leading this drive, always get some surprises in a night drive, but all went well this time, a couple of self-recoveries was all. Well done Ajesh and Jithesh, see you soon again.

Good smooth flow with about 55km of driving.
Was fun to get the 5th gear in action too.
