First Trip 2021 All Levels at Sweihan on 1 Jan 2021 –Trip Report

The Mega Trip was organized and lead by Marshal Adiga. A total of 60 participants registered for the trip. There were few cancellations and no shows. We all met at BBQ Meeting Point Sweihan at 1400.

The trip participants were split into 3 Convoys by Marshal Adiga. He also gave detailed ANIT and trip briefing to participants. I lead Convoy No.1 of ANIT and will cover the trip report of my convoy as follows:

Convoy 1

My convoy comprised following:
4 Marshals Support ( Marshal Adiga, FidoDido, Scorpionita, K- Alhosani)
1 Explorer (Lead)
1 Advance ( Support)
2 Intermediates (2nd Lead and Sweeper)
11 ANIT / Newbie

We started our trip after setting up of convoy order. Nandika was my second lead and Sooraj 3000 was sweeper of convoy. Thanks Nandika and Sooraj for solid second Lead and sweeper. We started slowly with smooth and easy track for ANIT. We had numerous second tries and 1 stuck which all were handled by Marshal Adiga and Fido Dido. We ended trip in time at 1730 at BBQ pt. After signing of log books, some of us sat for BBQ/ Chit Chat whereas other drivers decided to leave. Thanks all for joining this trip.

I am extremely thankful to Marshal Adiga, Amr, Khalid and Hadeel for supporting the trip.

Needless to mention, we enjoyed delicious BBQ prepared by Eagle and family, and sumptuous Kunafa prepared by Adiga, Pshasha and Bisho.
