Sweihan Sand Shower 16 Oct 2 30 pm - Trip Report 2nd Convoy

The Trip was organized by Sinan and supported by Marshal Adiga. All met on time at Sweihan BBQ point. Trip and safety briefing was conducted by Sinan; I covered small portion of briefing. A large group of cars were split into two convoys. I will cover my convoy trip report. My group comprised of 13 cars including support team:
Lead Irfan (Expert), Support Team Marshal Iguana and Marshal Adiga
2nd Lead Calvin 888 ( Intermediate)
Convoy Sweeper Tarikyamani ( Intermediate)
8 great newbie / ANIT drivers
I started the trip with simple track and increased the level gradually. Numerous 2nd tries and number of stucks and recoveries. Marshal Iguana and Adiga were along the convoy keeping close eye on movement. They helped drivers in negotiating obstacles and recovering vehicles. We ended trip in time at sunset near BBQ point. Some people left after completion of trip whereas we sat for Chit/Chat and BBQ.

Thanks Calvin for solid second lead and Tarik for sweeper duties. All drivers did really well. I hope everybody enjoyed the Trip.

Thanks for everybody came to this trip and the support from our respectful marshals.

I shall continue the report regarding the 2nd newbies trip ,
I lead a convoy of 10 cars , support by marshal Kevin Petro , 2nd lead by intermediate Nemo , and sweepers been Nandika and Wassem .

We moved from BBQ point slow moves fircwarm up , during our 1st half we had alot of technical drives with various manoeuvres on small dunes .which everone did well and show confident about it .

2nd part if trip included higher dunes more technical , the drivers felt the threll and excitement, of course it includes many 2nd try .

Thanks to our marshal Kevin and the saftey instructions and dominsrrations for the best safe reaction when drivers tend to loose power and momentum.

Spiceal thanks for 2nd lead Nemo for his outstanding drive and leadership , looking to see more from this fella

Overall the trip was good in sense of technical drives and the difficulty was a bit fun for the drivers who showed the determination and the strong well to learn and follow the safe drives .
Our trio ends up with our great Marshal Adiga and Iguana leader Irfan where we met for BBQ well deserved after the trip .
