Newbie Sweihan West report.

Total of 17 Vehicles met on time at Sweihan West (Gate 2 I think)

9 Newbie
1 Intermediate
1 Expert
3 Marshal
1 newbie driving parallel at the Subkha.

We started Easy , Technical drive at very small Dunes , gradually increase the level and heading to higher Dunes, Several stucks here and there till we reach Sweihan POND... back to Tilal Sweihan tarmac road.

Gathered up at high flat spot for refreshment and re inflate ,,, Chating.

Had a great day out with you all. Everyone drove and handled there vehicles well.

Just would like to add a couple of pointers:
1. Convoy discipline- please follow the track so there is no confusion on which track to follow especially when we have Anits in the convoy.
2. Radios- Very important to have so it makes communicating with each driver easier.
3. Please make sure all passengers are seat belted in the vehicles at all times when the convoy is moving. We don't want to risk anyone getting hurt or injured.

Thanks Adiga for a great afternoon in the dunes, the area is one which i would love to explore a little more for future trips.

well done to all for good driving and showing good control of the cars. its all part of the learning experience and as Tony mentioned, these are what keep us all safe until the end of the drive.

i look forward to seeing more of the photos of the trip and to drive with you all again soon.
