Exploring Um al Oush: take#3 - 30/10/2020

We all met shortly after 7:15 and with Ajesh as second lead followed by Asif, Mark (congratulations to our newest marshal) and Kevin set off to explore the lower reaches of Um al Oush. By the looks of things, it seems there is no place in this part of the desert that the bulldozers will leave alone. New tracks have been cut throughout the area breaking the natural lines offroaders would wish to take. Nevertheless and undeterred, we spent the morning playing our way across, over and around the intended dune range to our target waypoint, returning to the inflation point shortly after 12

Thanks Emdoc for the great trip. The bulldozer lines were an interesting feature but Emdoc weaved them into a nice route. It was a great learning experience!

Thanks Emdoc and the drivers for a good time out. Everyone had their share of the fun through the area. Wish the damage from the dozers is reversed soon enough for a re visit
