Replacing the Montana

My montana suffered a minor incident and will be replaced by a new one. The screen was cracked and Garmin (via AMIT in abu dhabi) state that standard practice is to replace the old one for a new one for AED 850, including transfer all data, maps etc to the new one, and then advise Garmin of the change of unit serial number. All sounds very good.
Well my montana is going to a good new home and I will be looking for a replacement, therefore do i go for the newest montana they have or opt for the Monterra.
Whilst the Andoid OS is great, i see most of the functions as being the same. The menus are not as quick to navigate but the setup appears to be a lot easier (sorry Waqar it will still be Track Up).
One down side is that this is the only "on trail" GPS that does not offer wireless transfer of data, but how often do we actually do this out in the sand.
Does anyone use a Monterra and can offer their feedback on it.
Best regards.
