Modified Engine fine tunning

Guys, I have one of my friends who have a GMC Yukon 1992 Model, he did some modifications to the engine, but the thing that the car was parked for 2 years, now when he got it out he feels that the car is not performing well as before, and he needs to make a fine tunning for the engine, he went for he dealership but they couldn't do it, does anyone know where he can drop the car for fine tunning of the engine in Dubai? Would appreciate your assistance.

Shkh Zayed road , interchange 3B , where Mercedes is , behind Mercedes is the Jeep Service & Parts , Honda , straight on is a sign with Truck&Bus Wash in yellow last time i was there , then there's a little gate , go inside that and it'll be the first warehouse on the right.
