I usually use either WM or EM..... I dont recommend Garages outside
Maybe someone can recommend

For my Jeep I only deal with Eastern Motors in Al Ain.
If you are in Abu Dhabi, I would advise you to visit Western Motors.

If not with WM or EM you can go for our vendors Offroadhouse in dubai or Ramy4x4 in Abudhabi and Dubai
Mention that you are from AD4X4 and show them your log book in order to get the discount.
These are the best places I would recommend.
