Metal rear bumpers - how to make legal

I am thinking about buying a Smittybuilt rear bumper with a spare tire carrier from Offroadzone in Dubai for my JK.

I have heard people talk about a procedure to get the installer to provide paperwork so that modifications will be accepted during inspection. I asked Offroadzone about this, and they stated they cannot provide any paperwork to make the mod legal.

Anybody have experience with this procedure? Will I end up having to remove a metal rear bumper to pass inspection every year?

Any advice is appreciated, getting tired of my ugly rear plastic bumper.

Never heard of anyone having problems with the rear bumpers so I guess u should be good to go
