Landcruiser 200 Series - Wheel Offset

Hi All,
My wife has a Landcruiser 5.7l VXR 2013 model and I am thinking about turning it in to a desert camper for the family.
I want to know what offset I can run without getting any rubbing. The tyres will be Yokohama Geolander ATS LT285/70R17 121/118 R.
I think the factory offset is +60, but I was thinking about going down to +30 or even 0. Has anyone got any experience with this?
The LC does not have a lift on it yet, but but I am going to put OME BP-51s, so expect to get about 2 inches extra height.
Thanks in advance!
Cheers, Al
P.S. Iqsaan helped me change the bumper on it on my first Newbie trip about 3 years ago, but that will need to be done again. Hopefully not the same way!
