Hey guys, just to update (and if anyone with a TJ comes to read this in desperate search of info :))

After the discussion I decided to give one last try to the code readers that were on Souq.com and ordered one on WIFI this time (not bluetooth) and also decided to go crazy and order not just the 25aed one but the.. wait for it...82AED one.

After splurging like the donald on this, you will be delighted to know that it works !got it set up in 15 seconds, on my note 4 running Torque Pro. The realtime data takes a few seconds to come (rpm/vacuum level/throttle position/...) but the codes can be read and they even have a database that matches the code to the actual fault.

Strong recommendation, delivered in 2 days to AD. link: http://uae.souq.com/ae-en/vgate-icar-2- ... 6716183/i/
