Need help for TJ 2006

I need advice on my car, a TJ Wrangler 2006.
Last week, I brake my radiator so I changed it in a garage. The manager told me to change also the engine mounting because they were too old. I did the change.
As I don't want to start spending too much money in my car, I asked him to make a full check of the car. He told me that I didn't have any other problem.
But after collecting my car, it felt very strange.
The second gear is passing at 5000rpm. When I release my foot from the accelerator, the car is slowing down and at 3500rpm is shifting again in the first gear and the car is now at 5000rmp in the first gear.
It is the same between the second and the third gear. Also at 45km/h, the gear box is switching between the 1 and 2 gear (5000rpm and 2500rpm).
The engine alarm is on with P1603 and P1604 alarm. But it was there before.
I came back to the garage and asked the manager to try the car. He tried the car and went back to the workshop. He asked to check the level of oil transmission. They filled it (around 1 litter).
He tried again the car. He told me "There is a problem, you have to change the transmission."

Can anybody advise me what to do?
Thanks in advance.

Go to another workshop and get a second opinion.
I think this guy is talking out of his backside.

My advice is to check the gear oil level , because for sure when you hit the radiator , some the gear oil dropped off the radiator.

I change the radiator first and the car was going well.
It's happened after the changing of engin mounting.
They check the levels.

Dear road66 nothing related to the transmission when you change the engine mounts. Or radiator.
Check your translation with a specialist. DEXOL WORK SHOP
Mussafah opposite to Mercedes agency. They are good.

well ... automatic TJ 2006 has a transmission oil cooler in the bottom end of the radiator!
You might have coolant water in the transmission oil now ... after your previous trouble with the radiator.
Before letting anyone disassemble your transmission (dexxol or others) I would try a complete transmission OIL flush/change (with changing the transmission oil filter inside the transmission oil pan!) and filling up to the right level! (and thats not so straightforward as some mussaffah shops think ... )

Also, if you have antifreeze mixed in the transmission fluid, I would think you would see that on the dip stick when you check transmission fluid level. Any body agree with this assessment?

As said above, when changing the radiator
You might have:

# water in the Trans. coolant
# incorrect type of gear oil

Drain all the existing oil, flush it up
And refill with the correct type of oil

Good luck

That doesnt mean the smart A** who change it did a good job, my preference go to WM let them check it out for you, expected the workshop did cut a wire or damage something during engine mounts or radiator replacement.
- bad quality Radiator
- dirt gets into the transmission lines also might blocked it this will cause internal damage to the body valve
- if they didnt top up the oil the transmission and got overheated due to lack of oil and damage the clutches
- wrong oil /Mix old and new different oil specs.
- water /mix due to internal leak in radiator

put diesel oil in a petrol engine, will it fail immediately ? : NO
same story for the gear, either gear oil mixed with little amount of water or bit of dirt, even
wrong type of oil will not make it fail immediately, it is by coincidence
happened after changing the engine mounts
