The first call should be to Ramy 4x4 in Deira, who sell MT last I looked.

If they don't have them, try Icon in Dubai. And if still no luck, try Emirates Off Road in Al Ain, who handle MT supposedly.

My advice (if you are not in a hurry), buy them online. Shipping cost is around USD 350 (USPS) + AED 200 for customs. USPS may take between 2 to 4 weeks to deliver but you'll save at least 40%
