I have seen these on some club vehicles, but never had a chance to ask where they bought them.

I am looking for a local source (UAE) for an all-metal, chrome-plated or Stainless Steel sand shovel, usually seen mounted on an external spare tyre. I am about to get a new roof rack that has attachments to carry full-sized tools up top, and really want a cool looking shovel (and even a matching pickaxe if possible) to go up there.

I have tried Dubai Ace (SZR), Dubai Garden Center, Carrefour, Speedex Dubai, DesertCart, Souq. I suppose DragonMart and ARB Dubai are stops later this week.

Can anyone spare me the running around? Either Dubai or AD are easy stops, as I commute between them.

You can find it as well in Al Nahyan camp...look for car accessories shops. I've seen it in Shams shop

I think mounting the Axe might put you in trouble

The shovel is available at the accessories shop in Mussafah and I saw it once in ACE as well
