Recommend me a garage near Yas Island

Hi Guys n Girls,

Looking to by my mates Jeep wrangler sport of him. Its a 2006 model and he is rubbish with cars so has no idea what mods it has (if any) or when it was last serviced ect..

He has some paperwork which he is trying to dig out but really I would just like to take it to a good off road garage and have them check it out and tell me what's what.

So can someone please point me in the right direction?

He only wants 30K for it but the insurance runs out in a couple of months so if anyone can let me know the rough cost for a year with Axa (so I can off road) that would be great?!

Ben, there are many on here who can recommend a good a garage for you but typically they are in musafah. Western motors airport road can also do the same. For 2006 the car is outside fully comp insurance so only 3rd party with a a will be available.

Jeep XJ 2001 was about 700/yr third party only.

(Believe me, nobody would want to steal it.)

Came with vehicle recovery and I believe I recouped my premium on that alone!

I live in Abu Dhabi, but I usually take my jeep to Dubai & I try to avoid WM, currently my jk is with WM for more than 2 weeks & it didn't finish yet although the job is simple (wheel alignment, AC cooling & Gascap message on dashboard)
