Does anybody know the specific store at Dragon Mart to get the glass/mirror holders that are used as flag holders?

Sorry not specific but mostly any hardware/tool store have these so maybe dragon mart is the same; also hardware shops in Al quoz (some on first al khail street nearer to Al barsha side). Might be helpful to have a picture of the glass suction cup handy on your phone..
