I wanted to share with you what i had done with my new R&P setup to save some money. I did not want to buy diff locks atleast at this stage, so i have to change the carrier (depends on the vendor, some requires a change for the front and other requires it for the rear), i did some research and found out that the alloy USA R&P does not require a change of carrier for the front dana 30 and the precision gear doesnt not require a carrier change for the rear dana 44.
So i bought alloy usa R&P for the front and precision gear R&P for the rear, this way i did not have to change any of the carrier and it saved me around 500 dhs.

NOTE: How this gonna affect the operation due to the different ratio's & how the 2 DIFFs will take the load distribution & u need to keep in mind the future spare parts if u need like oil gasket & scrapper, Bearing, drive shaft yuke attachments

They have to be the same ratio, noway you can have different ratios unless you run different tire sizes which is not recommended.surfer wrote:They are both the same ratio, 4.1.Bulldozer wrote:Smart research save some money for our poor friend FearUAE, thats good Surfer keep these INFO for me when I m gonna start that Virus infection
