What has happened to Shoutbox & Latest forums

I have only been away for a few days in Al Ain, I get home, log in and cannot find shoutbox or latest forums which used to be on the right hand side of the website screen?? Where are they??

in technical the web server provider is facing technical problems and they're working on it, till they fix we'll face minor problems -i hope-
