Sometimes I happen to not be able to access the forum, even for several hours, and I get this message:
403 Permission Denied
You do not have permission for this request /modules.php?name=Forums
You can tell me if depend on some mine problem or is the line with Dubai? 8O 8O

The site is not hosted in UAE. its hosted in the US.
