Motor town

For the last couple of days I have been re-directed to Motor town web site to gain access to our site. Is there a reson for this. Can anybody help please as it is very inconveniant. Thank you.

But if he types www.ad4x4.com and gets www.themotortown.com, this means that there is something wrong with the dns, isnt it ?

Moe, clearing the cookies didnt help, and as sufer mentioned this what is the problem, I enter www.ad4x4.com and the get www.motortown .com---------what is DNS?

OK, in a nutshell DNS stands for Domain Name Server, this the server responsible for resolving or translating the names entered to IP addresses.... I dont want to be so technical and guess this much is enough as a start.

I think you lost him at "resolving".

Halwa might also be infected with a worm or some adware.

www.avast.com for a free antivirus that actually works better than any other.

www.lavasoftusa.com and download ad-aware. to take care of the adware. Its free.

Thks Chief/G-man, I am useing Mcafee at the moment, do you think that might be the problem? Anyway I will sort it out when I get back to AUH.
