any one know a good reliable place i can get the iPhone from in here unlocked by software not the hardware way?

I read somewhere that they are releasing it for UK in oct, may be soon afterwards it will come officially here, so far the feedback i got from the people using the unlocked ones is not encouraging, no mms, no sms forwarding, no arabic support and so many NOs.
The jeeper is back.
