Tablet for offroading

Hi All,
I love my Garmin GPS but want also to use my iPad or other tablets offline to get a view of the train on a large screen. Any advise on which App would be best.

Thank you all. I opted for MotionX. I downloaded Bing maps but these are not very recent. Any other map download recommended ?
