I have a Nissan Patrol Y62 ( New shape) does any one know where or how I can get a flag mounting point for this vehicle?

Did you try suction cups that you can use it to the car rear window?
If not then you can get them either from Najda streets from the shops next to ADIB or from Musaffah.
