Abu Dhabi rego point

I'm bringing a jeep jk that has mods from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. What is the most friendly and "accommodating" testing station in Abu Dhabi?

Picked up a stock rear and front plastic bumper but only changed the front - we got pinged on the back steel bumper (which also carries the 33" spare)

Try again next week!
