I have replaced the following parts as soon as i purchased the vehicle:
All 5 tires and rims
Complete Clutch Plate and Clutch Kit
All belts and hoses
Waterpump
Spark Plugs / Distributor Cap / Rotor
Front and Rear Brakes
Gear Oil / Differential Oil both front and back
Used maybe 3 times in the desert -- previously owned by a nurse
Asking for Dhs 17000/- or best offer
